ফুল স্ট্যাক ইঞ্জিনিয়ার GenAILabs-এর এআই-চালিত প্রোডাক্টগুলোকে শক্তি জোগানো ওয়েব অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং সার্ভিসগুলো ডিজাইন, ডেভেলপ, টেস্ট এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করবেন। দৈনন্দিন দায়িত্বগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে ফ্রন্ট-এন্ড ইন্টারফেস ইমপ্লিমেন্ট করা, ব্যাক-এন্ড এপিআই এবং সার্ভিস তৈরি ও অপটিমাইজ করা, থার্ড-পার্টি টুল ইন্টিগ্রেট করা এবং পুরো স্ট্যাক জুড়ে পারফরম্যান্স, স্কেলেবিলিটি ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা। এই ভূমিকায় প্রোডাক্ট ম্যানেজার, ডিজাইনার এবং ডেটা/এমএল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সাথে সহযোগিতা করে রিকোয়ারমেন্টগুলোকে পরিচ্ছন্ন ও নির্ভরযোগ্য কোডে রূপান্তর করতে হবে, পাশাপাশি কোড রিভিউ, ডকুমেন্টেশন এবং ডেভেলপমেন্ট লাইফসাইকেলের ক্রমাগত উন্নতিতে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। এটি একটি ফুল-টাইম রিমোট ভূমিকা, যার জন্য কার্যকর যোগাযোগ, স্ব-ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং ডিস্ট্রিবিউটেড টিম ও আধুনিক ডেভঅপস ওয়ার্কফ্লোর সাথে কাজ করার স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য প্রয়োজন।
দায়িত্বসমূহ
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and integrating services.
Solid understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, and testing methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest or experience in AI/ML products and data-driven systems is a strong plus.
