• শিক্ষকতায় ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা, বিশেষত ইংরেজি মাধ্যমে।
• ইংরেজিতে চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
• সংশ্লিষ্ট শ্রেণি বা বিষয়ে শিক্ষাদানের অভিজ্ঞতা।
• পাঠ্যক্রমের মান এবং শিক্ষাগত সর্বোত্তম অনুশীলন সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।
• শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ এবং আন্তঃব্যক্তিক দক্ষতা।
• বিভিন্ন ধরনের শিক্ষার্থীর চাহিদা মেটাতে পাঠদানে ভিন্নতা আনার ক্ষমতা।
• শিক্ষামূলক প্রযুক্তি এবং অনলাইন লার্নিং প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারে পারদর্শিতা।

দায়িত্বসমূহ

• Subject: English, Math, Science, Bangla, Physics, Economics, Business, Accounting, Chemistry and Biology, Sports, Arabic language & Islamic studies etc.
• Reporting To: Coordinator/Head of Department/Section Head/Vice Principal/Principal
• Duties and Responsibilities of a Subject Teacher:
• Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
