The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services that power GenAILabs’ AI-driven products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs and services, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and data/ML engineers to translate requirements into clean, reliable code, as well as participating in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, self-management, and comfort working with distributed teams and modern DevOps workflows.
Responsibilities
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and integrating services.
Solid understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, and testing methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest or experience in AI/ML products and data-driven systems is a strong plus.
