We are not a buyer, seller, employer, employee, landlord, tenant, tutor, student, or a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between users. We do not own, control, verify, guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for user-generated content, products, services, information, or transactions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must notify us immediately.
4. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you publish on the Platform, including but not limited to listings, posts, comments, photos, audio, video links, reports, profile information, and other materials.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to publish the content.
The content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You agree not to:
Publish false, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal content.
Impersonate another person or provide false identity information.
Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others.
Engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or any activity prohibited by the laws of Bangladesh.
Attempt to scrape, hack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, process, and use your content solely for the operation and improvement of the Platform.
5. Transactions Between Users – Your Responsibility
All transactions and communications relating to buying and selling, rentals, jobs, tuition, and similar activities occur solely between the users involved. We are not a party to these transactions and accept no responsibility for them.
Information available through Citizen Wall, Connect, or other informational features may originate from users or third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of such information.
You are solely responsible for conducting your own verification and exercising your own judgment before communicating or transacting with other users.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Although we are not responsible for user conduct, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, and government authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal requests. This may include providing account information, activity records, or other relevant data as permitted by law.
7. Our Right to Moderate and Remove Content
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
Review, edit, restrict, hide, or remove any content.
Reject or remove any listing or post.
Suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account.
Remove content that violates these Terms or is unlawful, offensive, or reported by users.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so when necessary.
8. Third-Party Content, Intellectual Property, and Removal Requests
The Platform may display news headlines, summaries, references, videos, or other publicly available content relating to different regions of Bangladesh from newspapers, television channels, online news portals, and other public sources. Such content remains the property of its respective publishers and is not presented as our own. Where applicable, links to the original source are provided.
Users may also publish information, photos, comments, reviews, and posts relating to places, institutions, businesses, communities, and other subjects. Users remain solely responsible for the content they publish.
The name TipTop Division, our logo, software, design, databases, and original platform content are our intellectual property.

9. Cookies, Data, and Third-Party Services

10. Promotions, Verification, and Paid Features
Certain features, such as promoted listings, advertisements, or verification badges, may require payment and may be subject to additional terms and fees, which will be disclosed before purchase.
A verification badge only indicates that a verification process has been completed on our Platform. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a user's identity, credibility, conduct, or trustworthiness.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, TipTop Division, its owners, affiliates, and team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from:
Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
User-generated content;
Transactions or communications between users; or

13. Force Majeure and Data Loss
