Tiptop Division is a free local platform for the people of Rangpur division (and Dhaka). In one place you can:

• Find and post jobs and private tuitions
• Buy and sell things on the Buy & Sell marketplace
• Raise local problems and share updates on the Citizen Wall
• Read newspaper and video news about your district, upazila and union
• Explore places and institutes near you

Everything works in both Bangla and English — switch language from the top menu at any time.

Yes, completely free. Creating an account, posting jobs, tuitions, buy-sell items and Citizen Wall posts, sending messages and reading news cost nothing.

All 8 districts of Rangpur division — Rangpur, Kurigram, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon and Panchagarh — plus Dhaka. Use the district filter on any list page to see only your area.

Open the voice & text post page and simply write one ordinary sentence, or record a voice note, in Bangla, English or Banglish. For example:

• "I need a math tutor for class 8 in Rangpur, 5000 tk per month."
• "১৫০ সিসি ইয়ামাহা মোটরসাইকেল বিক্রি করব, দাম ২ লাখ টাকা।"
• "Zia bazar main road er kaj 1 bochor dhore bondho."

The system detects on its own whether it is a job, tuition, buy-sell item or Citizen Wall post, fills in the title, category, location and price, and publishes it in the right section. You can review and edit the post afterwards.

No. Posting a job circular is free — no service charge and no hidden fee. The same goes for tuition and buy-sell posts.

We automatically check uploaded photos and text for inappropriate content. If something is flagged, the post stays Under Review and becomes public as soon as an admin approves it. If it stays that way for long, please contact us.

Yes. Turn on Post anonymously in the Citizen Wall composer and your name and photo will not be shown with the post.

1. Log in and go to Profile → Settings (or click Change/Hide next to your mobile or email on the Edit Profile page).
2. Under your primary email or mobile, tick Hide from public profile. It saves instantly.

Once hidden, your number or email is not shown on your profile, jobs, tuitions or buy-sell items. People can still reach you through My Messages on the site.

Open the user menu (your photo, top right) and choose My Stuff, or go to My Profile. The sidebar has everything in one place:

• My Posts — your Citizen Wall posts
• My Places and My Institutes — places and institutes you reacted to or commented on
• My Tuitions — tuition posts and requests
• My Items — your buy-sell listings
• My Jobs — job circulars you posted and their applicants

Jobs you applied for are under My Applications, and chats are under My Messages.

Open the post and use the Send message button, or call/email if they have made their contact public. All conversations appear in My Messages, and you'll get a notification when someone replies.

1. Go to Connect from the top menu.
2. In Latest from your area, select your upazila, then (optionally) your union.
3. Click Get updates.

You'll see newspaper reports, TV/video news and Citizen Wall posts from that area together in one feed.

1. Open the Citizen Wall and start writing your post.
2. Tap Tag in the toolbar and choose the 📍 Place tab.
3. Search for your union by name, select it, and post.

Tagged posts show up in that union's feed on the Connect page, so your neighbours — and people from your area living elsewhere — can see them. You can tag an institute the same way from the 🏫 Institute tab.
