Dasiarsora Dakhil Madrasah

The Dashiarchara Dakhil Madrasa under Phulbari Upazila of Kurigram District is established in a historical context. This institution started its journey in 2015 with the aim of ensuring education for the residents of the enclaves that were abolished after the exchange of enclaves. Geographically, it is located in the Dashiarchara area of Phulbari Upazila and its campus is spread over about 1.5 acres of land. This madrasa is working as a milestone to spread the light of education to overcome the long-standing deprivation of the enclaves. Currently, the madrasa is conducting teaching activities combining modern and religious education. The Dakhil level curriculum is followed here under the supervision of skilled and experienced teachers. With the aim of building a digital Bangladesh, students are taught through multimedia classrooms, which familiarizes students of rural towns with modern technology. In addition, sports and debate competitions are organized as co-curricular activities, which are playing a helpful role in the intellectual development of students. The distance of this institution from Kurigram district town is about 25 kilometers. It can be easily reached by road via Phulbari Upazila Sadar. Due to the improved transportation system, students are able to participate in regular educational activities. Although no famous personality has emerged from this institution at the national level yet, the students here are leaving their mark on the local and national levels. The locals are hopeful that this madrasa will develop into one of the best schools in Kurigram in the near future.
