Dimla High School

Located in the heart of Dimla Upazila of Nilphamari district, ‘Dimla High School’ is one of the oldest and traditional educational institutions in the region.

The school was established in 1957 with the dedicated efforts of local educationists and philanthropists. Located in the busiest and most beautiful environment of Dimla Sadar, this school is spread over about 4 acres of land. Its large playground and well-organized campus have always been very attractive to students and parents. The school has been working as a beacon in the expansion of education in Dimla Upazila for seven decades. Currently, teaching activities are conducted in the school under the supervision of experienced and skilled teachers. Co-educational programs are available from class VI to X and students have been achieving enviable results in the JSC and SSC examinations every year. In addition to textbooks, there is a computer lab and a rich science room to make students proficient in modern technology. In order to develop creative talent, the school regularly organizes debate competitions, sports festivals and cultural programs, which help students to develop good citizens as well as their studies.
