Gazipur Agricultural University (GAU)

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) is a renowned higher education institution located in Salna, Gazipur district. It started its journey as the ‘Institute of Postgraduate Studies in Agriculture’ (IPSA) in 1983 and became a full-fledged university in 1998. This campus, spread over an area of about 190 acres, is located in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by greenery. As soon as you cross the main gate of the university, you will see well-organized academic buildings, a large playground and an administrative building of aesthetic architecture. Currently, international standard educational programs are being conducted here on a semester basis.
