Ghogadaha High School

‘Ghogadaha High School’ is a traditional educational institution of Kurigram Sadar Upazila. The school was established in 1952 with the dedicated efforts of local educationists and social workers. Located in Ghogadaha Union, about 8 kilometers east of Kurigram Sadar, this institution is spread over about 3 acres of land. Located in a pleasant and peaceful environment, the school is surrounded by green trees, which has created an ideal environment for students to study. Currently, the school is teaching in a modern and creative way. Under the supervision of an experienced teaching staff, it has multimedia classroom facilities, which help students acquire technical knowledge beyond textbooks. In addition to academic activities, regular initiatives are taken to develop the latent talents of students through science fairs, debate competitions and annual sports and cultural programs. The school can be easily reached from the main city of Kurigram by road using CNG or auto-rickshaws. Due to the improved transportation system, hundreds of students from far and wide come here every day to acquire knowledge. Many students who have studied at this school are currently working in high positions in the country and abroad. Ghogadaha High School has been working tirelessly for more than seven decades to spread the light of education at the local level.
