Islamic University of Technology (IUT)

Islamic University of Technology (IUT) is a specialized educational institution of the OIC member countries, which was established in 1981 in Board Bazar, Gazipur. Spread over an area of about 30 acres, this campus is known for its aesthetic architecture and orderly environment. The beautiful mosque, huge library, modern laboratories and green fields located inside the campus fascinate the visitors. Operated in collaboration with the member states of the OIC, this institution is a unique name in the world for achieving technological excellence. Currently, engineering and technical education is being provided here on a semester basis. Although the name of any famous political or cultural figure is not directly associated with this institution, its alumni are currently working in high positions in renowned universities and multinational companies around the world, brightening the image of the country. It is mainly appreciated as a center for international knowledge.
