Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST)

Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST) is one of the leading public universities in Bangladesh established in 2007. It is serving as a milestone in the expansion of higher education in the southwestern region. Located about 10 kilometers from Jessore city, this university is spread over about 35 acres of land. Its beautiful campus, modern architectural buildings and orderly environment create a unique learning environment for students. It is worth noting that the distance from Kurigram to JNU is quite long, more than 450 kilometers. Although there is no direct train from Kurigram, you have to reach the campus by road or train via Jessore. Despite this long journey, talented students from different parts of the country come here with the dream of higher education. Although it is a young university, the research papers of its teachers and students are regularly published in international journals. Many renowned academicians and researchers, including the Vice-Chancellor of the university, are teaching here, who are renowned in their respective fields.
