Nageshwari Women's college

Nageshwari Women's College has been playing a unique role in the promotion of women's education in Nageshwari Upazila of Kurigram district. The college was established in 1994 with the dedicated efforts of local educationists and social workers. Located in the heart of Nageshwari municipality, this institution is spread over about 2 acres of land. Its beautiful campus and orderly environment are very suitable for the studies of the students. The architecture of the main building of the college and the well-equipped library and science laboratory are one of the most spectacular aspects here. Currently, the college is teaching at the higher secondary and graduation (pass) levels. Although the name of any nationally famous person has not emerged directly from this institution, many students who have studied here are currently serving the country and the nation as high-ranking government and private officials.
