Responsibilities
Plan and execute seed sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Set sales targets and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Maintain regular field-level communication with farmers and provide relevant technical and product information.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and prepare regular reports.
Participate in company exhibitions, promotional activities, and brand development programs.
Supervise and coordinate field level marketing activities.
