Foy's Lake is an artificial lake and amusement park located in the Pahartali area under Khulshi Thana of Chattogram City Corporation, Chattogram, Bangladesh.

During the British period in 1924, this lake was created by building a dam across a valley between hills under the initiative of the Assam Bengal Railway authority. It was named Foy's Lake after railway engineer Mr. Foy. Later, it was transformed into a modern entertainment hub.
There is much to see and do here. The lake is surrounded by hilly paths, ranges of high hills, and vast waters. Tourists can enjoy boat rides on engine-driven boats or speedboats. Adjacent to the lake, there is a water park named Sea World and the Foy's Lake Amusement Park, featuring various rides like roller coasters and Ferris wheels. Nearby landmarks include the famous Pahartali Railway Station and the headquarters of Bangladesh Railway (East Zone).
Foy's Lake can be easily reached from any part of Chattogram city by rickshaw, CNG-powered auto-rickshaw, or private transport. It is also accessible by vehicles commuting towards Khulshi and Pahartali from GEC Circle or Enayet Bazar.
