Khaiyachhara Union is a union located in Mirsarai Upazila of Chattogram District, Bangladesh.
It is situated about four kilometers south of Mirsarai Upazila headquarters along the Dhaka-Chattogram highway, and this region is primarily famous for Khaiyachhara Waterfall, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.

The eastern part of Khaiyachhara Union is covered by hilly terrain and the famous Khaiyachhara Waterfall, which is extremely popular among trekking enthusiasts and tourists. This waterfall is essentially a mountain stream consisting of several steps or tiers flowing down through local streams.
The communication system of this area is well-developed. The Dhaka-Chattogram highway runs alongside this union, making it very easy to travel here by bus or road transport. Besides, traveling is also possible via the Khaiyachhara or Mirsarai section of the Dhaka-Chattogram railway line and nearby railway stations.
