Ranachandi Union(Union)

Ronchandi Union is one of the prominent settlements in the Kishoreganj Upazila of Nilphamari district.

Geographically, it is located in the north-western part of the Upazila, with the Buri Teesta River flowing past it.

Although this once-swift river has largely dried up, the silt deposited in its basin has played a significant role in making the area agriculture-oriented.

The local economy is primarily dependent on the cultivation of paddy, maize, and potatoes.

The administrative and public service activities of the union are conducted from the Ronchandi Union Parishad office.
