Sitakunda is an upazila under Chattogram District of Bangladesh, located about 30 kilometers north of Chattogram city center.

Sitakunda upazila is important for its diverse hilly and coastal landscape. It is bordered by hilly terrain to the east and the Bay of Bengal to the west, giving it unique geographical features.
This area is home to the famous Chandranath Dham and temple, which is one of the major pilgrimage sites for Hindus. It also features the Sitakunda Ecopark and the Suptadhara and Sohosradhara waterfalls. In the coastal areas, the ship-breaking industry and related commercial activities play a major role in the local economy.
For transportation to Sitakunda, the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway and the Dhaka-Chittagong railway are the main routes. It is easily accessible from any part of the country by both road and rail.
